1. Products and Product Condition

SnipesExpress sells a variety of merchandise that may include new merchandise, factory-refurbished products, discontinued inventory, new old stock, open-box merchandise, and other specifically described conditions.

We make reasonable efforts to describe each item accurately. The condition stated in the individual product listing controls. A product described as factory refurbished is not represented as brand new.

Customers should review the product title, description, photographs, model number, included accessories, packaging condition, and other listing details before purchasing.

Product colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on the device or screen used to view the listing.

2. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. SnipesExpress reserves the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of inventory errors, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or other operational or legal reasons.

Payment must be successfully authorized or processed before an order is accepted for fulfillment.

Once fulfillment has begun, we may be unable to cancel or modify an order.

3. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

Prices and availability may change without notice. The price charged will normally be the price shown at checkout when the order is placed.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed charges are added at checkout where required.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order and that the information you provide is accurate.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may result from carrier operations, weather, holidays, address issues, customs processing, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returned merchandise must meet the condition requirements stated in that policy and must include applicable accessories, components, manuals, and packaging.

Items should not be returned without first contacting SnipesExpress and receiving return instructions.

6. Manufacturer and Refurbisher Warranties

Any manufacturer, refurbisher, or third-party warranty applies only when specifically stated in the product listing or accompanying product documentation.

SnipesExpress does not create or extend a manufacturer warranty merely by reselling a product.

Purchases made through this store are transactions between the customer and SnipesExpress.
